(Batesville, AR) Wendell Wallace Autosports continued on with the third week of the UMP Summernational Series this past week. The series competes at 26 different venues in 9 different states in 27 straight nights of wheel-to-wheel dirt late model racing action. Wendell and crew picked up their first win of this year’s edition of the Summernationals last Monday night at Mt. Vernon (IL) Speedway. Wendell continues with the last week of the Summernationals this week, as the J&J Steel / MSE Distributing #88 GRT / Craft Ford Taurus will travel to six different tracks in as many days. “The Batesville Bullet” will try to find victory lane again this week at 34 (IA) Raceway, Farley (IA) Speedway, Steele County (MN) Fairgrounds, LaSalle (IL) Speedway, Kamp (IN) Motor Speedway, and Oakshade (OH) Raceway. The $6,000 to win event at LaSalle on Thursday night is a rainout from June 25. Wendell will start the feature event from the outside of row three.
