What do you think a B-mod / Sport Mod is?

All the b-mods need to be equal with motors, tires, rear-ends, 4-bars, carbs. Easier to tech keeping everybody on the same page. I know the sportsman guys want to keep their cars and make them b-mods, Street stock guys want to use their 6000 dollar 355s. BUY a used A-mod run a 360 with a 4412 carb, run one compound tire. TEN IF you want to move up buy a bigger MOTOR. Kind of like a Crate latemodel and move up to a Super. Don't matter if you wreck it, still costs you money. TECH is the way to keep it fair,P&G the motors, check carbs, tires, and everything else should be the same, except the drivers knowledge, and driving skills.

3 link suspension...no swing arms or 4 bars or bird cages...

Must run Certain length j bar that goes over yoke.....no short strait bars

Pull bar of choice

1 shock per wheel, 1 90/10 shock, must run true coil eliminator that adds no compression or rebound

H tires

355 iron head motor or crate motor with manual fuel pump on gas approved 2bbl

6800 chip in ignition

Bert with extra 50lbs

Ford 9 in

Steel shocks that can be claimed from winner for 125$ a piece

Main thing is policing all this... You can have rules but you have to enforce them..top 3 cars will be checked for ALL rules....First offense is forfeit of winnings and 1 race suspension, second offense is suspension of rest of season and forfeit of race winnings, track points, national points etc....

2/3 link only (no swingarm/4bar), 2 barrel 500 cfm carb, 360 max cubic inch/602 crate, Hoosier G60 tire, solid pull bar, j bar only(must go over yoke), 1 shock per wheel, 6200 RPM chip

Easy tech, easy on the wallet, great racing!

No panhard bar? Why is that?

Still using a j-bar as your panhard bar but if you do not allow a short panhard bar that will eliminate some extreme suspension movements as well as taking away instant traction.
That's what I thought you meant.. Just wanted to verify.. Thanks.

I agree the rules need consistency BUT to make the racers at the tracks that do not have the same rules throw every thing in the trash is BS-----what should be done is make the rule package that can be gradually implamented over several seasons OR some racers will not be able to afford the changes............tires for example--start with the rr then mover to the rf---------------buit then what da krap do I no,,i only been doing this sheet for fitty years LOL & JMO

Now I ask many of you whats wrong with these rules? Sounds like a good starting point.
