I do believe she is right, I think someone else asked that question that did not live in this area and they were told the same thing. It kinda stinks if you have CHARTER they should make it available to you no matter where you live.
Call your local office and let them know you would like it, maybe if enough folks from other areas speak up they might do something about it. It wouldnt kill them to hook you up with some racing! MONOPOLY?????????????
Heck it might help grow our sport!!!
