Wheelbase question for sportsman

I am looking at buying a sportsman that is a 104" wheel base. The UMP rules state that it has to be a 107" minimum, and I-55 rules say it has to be 108" minimum. Does this mean that if I buy this car I won't be able to race at I-55. Thanks for the help.
 
If its 107.......maybe someone use smaller trail arms to brin the rear end forward. Is it centered in the hump of the frame? If not.......thats why. If it is............heck id just cut 1 inch of square stock and lenthen the frame. May be able to put long trail arms on it to move it back an inch. there are several different lenghts going back to the ones in the old chevy pickups
