But seriously even though he is not the best driver, he is also not the worst. We all know that without competition "Mr. Woods" can win a championship as he did in 05’. With that said, I have been telling the guys that in our area the 2X will be the car for us to beat unless someone else proves otherwise.:D

reason this class is a joke to race if you have a STOCK race car you will be in the rear but i guess you have to cheat to win its ot really winning if your cheating
 
I disagree!

I have something to say about that. Ya know, yes this is supposed to be a stock division and yes its true that it is not obviously. But I for one run a stock tempo. I dont have a header, I don't have crap. And I'm not last! So don't assume that just because you run stock means that your going to be in last. For those of you who think that, I placed into the feature at Fall Nationals. I got 13th place (finished 3rd in my heat) from my heat and woulda finished really well had I not gotten a flat in the first couple laps of the Feature. So for anyone reading this thinking you don't stand a chance because your stock..thats not true. Yes its hard, and your not going to come in first, but you have fun, and at least you can say you follow the rules.

mr. wood had plenty of other competion at the track besides ryan there was always at least 2 0r 3 cars in front of him besides ryan . what will mr.wood do after this year if he does not win a chapionship ? whos car will he be looking to buy after this year if he cant win with ryans car ?

I have a single cam neon, Matt still has the same car and Travis Horner has twin cam escort. there are several other good competitors for this year at Highland besides Wood

no one said there was no competition at highland!!!!!! we raced 12 diff. tracks last year and i tell everyone that highland has the most cometition from front to back ................ jmo.............fast joe
 
Watch out

Sorry to tell you wood but the sportman will not be dun for the opening weeks but i will be in a hornet to start off so watch yourself. Wait till you see this piece of crap. I'm sure i will be in the back but hey i figured im gonna be there watching so i might as well race right. And god Joe please do not tell me you started this thread to start crap and tell everybody how good you are already. I think we heard enough last year.
 
Yes aaron i forgot to tell you that you will be needing about 3.2 million dollars a year to keep that car in the front?:) At least thats how much we spent so good luck to you tho.
 
Hey Joe, don't forget about Chris Burton who I heard will be racing more at Farmer City this year. I don't think you have to worry about me, because I won't travel as much to find the big car counts. If Charleston can keep the car counts up all year this year instead of just half a year, I could give you a little competition. Good luck to everyone this year and hope to get down there maybe once or twice to race with you guys.
 
I Guess we got a raw deal because you said it was only 2.9 million which is all we budgeted for? I'll have to pick up Great Clips as an associate sponsor to pay the difference.
