CLARKSVILLE, TN - Whynot Speedway in Meridian, MS returns to
action in 2006, and will feature affordable Crate Late Models under the
StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series banner. Dirt Late Model driver Rodney
Wing has purchase the track and his plans are to reopen the facility that
has been closed for the past seven years.

"We've been busy working at the track, cutting down trees
that have grown up through the years, painting buildings, and trying to get
the track ready to reopen in mid April," Wing said. "We've done a lot of
renovation that includes new roofs on the buildings, new bleacher boards,
and a new P.A. system."

Wing admits he is seeing the racing business from a whole new perspective
that he never saw as a driver.

"As a super late model driver, I still see that class has a place as a
special event, but the costs have gotten out of hand for a weekly division,"
Wing said. "The Crate Late Models are the coming thing for weekly tracks
because of their affordability, and we're excited to be involved with the
StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series."

The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series features economical engines produced
by GM Performance and sealed at factory. The steel-head "602" engine sells
for $2,950, and the aluminum-head "604" engine sells for $4,950, with free
delivery for either engine. These engines are race-ready right out of the
crate from the factory.

Whynot Speedway will also host a StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series
National Touring event, a two-day $5,000-to-win race on September 1-2.

"Rodney Wing is a breath of fresh air for weekly dirt track racing, as he is
a young energetic promoter that is willing to look at new ideas, and seek
advice on how to do things right," StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series
President of Operations and Communications Roby Helm said. "Listening to
Rodney's enthusiasm makes us excited about working with him, and helping him
make Whynot Speedway successful once again."

The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series will give Whynot Speedway Crate Late
Model racers an opportunity to compete against other drivers at StormPay.com
Weekly Racing Series tracks throughout the country for not only weekly
points and point fund money, but also regional and national points and point
fund money.

The 24-race StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series will begin on March 31, and
run through October 1. The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series is proposing
up to $130,000 in point fund money and prizes.

The addition of Whynot Speedway gives the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series
four tracks in Mississippi. Whynot Speedway joins Pike County Speedway in
Magnolia, MS, as well as Columbus, MS tracks Columbus Speedway and Magnolia
Speedway.

"The addition of Whynot Speedway gives Mississippi a strong base for Crate
Late Model racing, and a very competitive region for the StormPay.com Weekly
Racing Series," Helm said. "We are still talking with tracks about joining
the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series, and in the next couple of weeks, we
should be able to divide up the regions."

StormPay.com is a globally recognized leader in online payment processing
and free online auction listings. StormPay lives up to its name with
"lightning quick e-commerce." The StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series is
also lightning quick with the action on the track.

late Model Series will be a $5,000-to-win show at Modoc Speedway in Modoc,
SC on March 31 and April 1. For more information about the StormPay.com
