This board has been so boring for the past few weeks. I thought I would try to get things going a little bit. I know all you guys are sitting at home crying because Mother Nature has been playing havoc on Doe Run Raceway.

So, the question at hand is, will we or won't we race this Friday?
 
P.s.

PLEASE don't anyone take this personal. I am just trying to have a little fun on this forum...since we haven't had any races to talk about. I know I for one hope we get to race Friday night. If not, it will be the first weekend in June before opening night finally comes around. :eek:
 
So you calling us cry babies?......I'm more than ready to get to doe run and race. But I haven't been sitting at home much. Went and raced a couple other places which you would have known if my poor pit crew buddy could of made at least one of them.....Just aint that same.....I guess there's just bigger classes to go watch.hehe

And the answer is yes, I'm calling you cry babies. I think if Doe Run r---s out again this week Mark might be impossible to live with. But worse than him is Shannon.......I don't know how in the world Dawn puts up with it.

You raced other places already this season???? I didn't even know. How did you do? Get that first feature win yet? How 'bout runner up? Oh, that's right, you looped it on your own with just a few laps to go. :p Yep, bigger and better classes to go watch......hahahahahaha. ;)Sorry, couldn't resist.

Seriously though, I told Mark to go with you both times, that was his decision. He planned on making the trip to SEMO until you decided to stay down there the night before Mother's Day. I know it's not the same without your pit crew buddy, but there is no one who wants you to get that first win more than him. Even if he's not actually there with you, he's thinking about it and wondering how you're doing.

It's all good...those were just warm up races to get the ol truck ready to go before Doe Run starts up. Right now I'm feeling pretty good! I just hope I'm able to trade some paint with Marty and Shannon this year. CJ and I had a heck of a race at SEMO. The ol Doe Run boys were hang'n with the RAMS pretty well.

BTW...when is Mark stopping by to get that door. He should stop by tonight on his way home.

Yeah, it's all good and you have every right to be feeling good about the ol' truck right now. From what I saw at SFCR's playday and the tapes I have watched from MCS and SEMO, those Ford boys might have their hands full with more than one Chevy this year. The most important thing is to have confidence in yourself and I think you have that. You have been waiting a long time to get that first feature win and I have a feeling it will happen soon. The ol' Doe Run boys could give the RAMS guys a run for their money on any given night.....good think DRR went backwards in their rules....LOL!!! :D Good luck to you and I hope to see ya Friday night at Doe Run. I'll be cheering for ya!

Don't know when Mark is stopping by to get the door. Hopefully soon though because I'm hoping the weather is gonna get nice enough very soon to be needing it.

By the way, I'M NOT MAD AND I KNEW YOU WERE JOKING!!!! YOU WILL KNOW WHEN I TAKE YOU SERIOUS. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO JOKE AROUND BEFORE......AND WE STILL CAN! Only time will tell...

So far, so good. Things are looking good for getting the racing program in as of right now. We haven't had the r--- ALL stinkin' week like we've had the past couple. Good thing about that is IF we would happen to get a few LIGHT show--s today, the track could handle that a little better since we haven't gotten any all week. I'm just ready to see some racing at Doe Run Raceway. I guess only time will tell..................:confused:
