I'm having a problem with the Woodward power rack on our Rocket blue front. It works perfectly at the shop and it works at the track, during the hot laps and the heat races. When the car goes on the track for the feature, the power steering goes away quickly. It is a Woodward rack with a Woodward servo and a Woodward tank. I've replaced the suction hose and the pump, along with with the fluid. It seems like the oil gets hot and the steering goes away really quick. It is the type with the servo mounted in the middle of the steering shaft. I'm looking for opinions and could really use some advice with experience. If you don't like to post on open forum, feel free to PM me. I really do need need advice.
