World Products Empire State Series feature at Dunn Hill 2 pays $1,000 to win

MONROETON, Pa. (June 14) – A top check of $1,000 is on the line next Wednesday, June 20, when the World Products Empire State Series for IMCA Modifieds makes a foray to Dunn Hill 2 Speedway at Monroeton.
The third tour event of the season does double duty as a qualifier for the 2012 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot. Chris Fleming of Union Springs, N.Y., and Eddie Sites of Monroeton were series winners at Dunn Hill 2 last year.
Sites is the defending series champion and current point leader.
Pit gates and the grandstand open at 5 p.m. Hot laps are at 7 p.m. with racing to follow. Grand¬stand admission is $10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 6-12 and free for five and under. Pit passes are $25.

Winners of the first two tour features this season were Pennsylvania pilots Jim Yoder of Selins¬grove and Dale Schweikart of Linden.
The fourth of nine 2012 Empire State Series events is the Monday, July 2 show at Five Mile Point Speedway in Kirkwood, N.Y.
