World Products Empire State Series finale Oct. 27 at Five Mile Point

KIRKWOOD, N.Y. – Eddie Sites will look to put a winning exclamation point on a second straight World Products Empire State Series championship campaign this Saturday, Oct. 27 at Five Mile Point Speedway.
The 11th annual tour for IMCA Modifieds concludes during the National Quarter Mile Dirt Track Championship Weekend at Kirkwood. The feature pays $400 to win and a minimum of $100 to start.
Pit gates open at noon and the grandstand opens at 1 p.m. Practice gets underway at 2:45 p.m. and racing starts at 3:45 p.m.
Spectator admission is $20 for adults, $15 for seniors 65 and older and students ages 13-17, and free for kids 12 and under. A family five pack (two adults and three youth/seniors or child tickets) runs $55.
Pit passes are $35. There is a $20 entry fee.
Sites won the July 2 series feature at Five Mile Point.
Saturday’s tour event will be the 11th held at the Kirkwood speedplant. Scott Bennett, Dale Caswell and Kevan Cook are all two-time winners there; Joining Sites as one-time winners are George Catanzano, Gary Dence and Gary Roberts.
