Racers and race fans,
On January 18th, 2003, we will be crowning our track’s champions and honoring others at our annual racer’s banquet a the Arcadia Valley Elks Lodge in Pilot Knob, Missouri. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., awards at 7 p.m. and dance at 8 p.m. To be included will be free beer. A cash bar has also been made available. Due to the liquor license restrictions please no BYOB.
Advance tickets to this event are $15 each and $20 each at the door. It would be greatly appreciated for advance attendance confirmation in order to assist us in our efforts for food preparation among other things.
