this is a 1999 400ex with 460cc engine it has 440 bore 4mm stroke engine built by mickey dunlap in iowa, full yoshi pipe, dura-blue swaybar +2 a-arms works dual rate shocks with rezzi's, +1 burgard steering stem(anti-vibe), pro-taper bars, +4 lonstar axel, air box eliminater kit with uni filter , american racer tires in back hoosiers in front and more. call jack at 913-731-1184
