OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (October 17) – Upcoming Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series races at State Fair Speedway and Hollywood Hills Speedway will feature special starting times.
The front gate for Sunday’s $51,600 event at State Fair Speedway’s semi-banked, ½-mile oval will open at 4 p.m. and time trials will start at 6 p.m.
Hollywood Hills Speedway’s second $95,350 event of the season is scheduled for November 2-3. The front gate will open at 3 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 p.m. Sunday. The First O’Reilly Auto Parts Heat Race will start at 7 p.m. Saturday and 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series points leader Steve Kinser won the Bud Carson Memorial at State Fair Speedway for the second straight year June 18th and swept the double-feature event at Hollywood Hills Speedway March 10th. Defending series champion Danny Lasoski led the final seven laps to claim the $10,000 first prize at State Fair Speedway March 17th.
