MAGNOLIA, MS (October 25) - Torrential rain in the Southern United States has forced Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series officials to cancel this weekend's races.
Sprint car racing's premier series was scheduled to sanction the Fall Classic at Pike County Speedway Friday and the Lone Star Classic at Houston Raceway Park in Baytown, TX, Saturday.
The Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series has two events remaining on its 2002 schedule: November 2-3 at Hollywood Hills Speedway in San Felipe Pueblo, NM, and the season finale at Las Vegas Motor Speedway November 8-9.
