has any body done a 4 lug to five lug conversion on these cars???

Smurfblue, Ford racing has the front rotor kit 5 lug part# m-1102-c and if you are using the 8.8 rear axle they have the 5-lug rear brake drum/ axle kit part# m-1126-a. These are for 4.5 bolt pattern.

YEAH BUT, DO you have this book??? got a extra or a web site?? yes I still have them trucks, but all air is gone. on my 4x4
