i have a 396 420 but didnt get that cam card with it does any1 know what rpms it should pull before it quits? thanks

But if thats lift with a 1.5 rocker, I'd say 5200-5500.

i have the 1.94 heads z/28 springs all they will let u run. it also has 500 cfm carb thanks shawn

More specs on the cam. Like an approximate duration, 260 270, 280, etc. .396/.420 lift is not very big. Would make decent torque for a bomber, but it all de4pends on duration. There are Chevy factory cams, that have more lift than that. Do you have a vacuum rule, or a lift rule? If so how much?

That size cam is the rule for Highland!
I agree small compared to most stock GM
PS. Any luck finding out about that other tire?

No tire as of yet... Not much hope either. As for the cam... That really ****s...I'd have to 1.6 ratio that little thing.
