Main bearing info

I bought .020 bearings for .020 crank.When i plastigaged it,
It showed .003. My question is, do they make a .021 over bearing?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

The only manufacture that I kind find that has this size is King Bearings in there race set. Competition Products carries them in stock.
