UMP rule clarification

Does anybody know the rule for a UMP mod. concerning the oiling system? Can you run an external pump (1stage) off of your Brinn or Bert tranny, put a fitting in your oil pan and use it as your tank and oil pan??

Asked about that last year you can run a external pump but you cant have a tank all oil stays in the pan or lines.
