Highland, IL (July 28, 2004) The U.M.P. (United Midwestern Promoters) Challenge of Champions rolls into town tonight (July 28) for what promises to be an exciting event. A exceptional field of cars are expected in all three divisions that will be competing.
The U.M.P. Late Models will be competing for $5,000 to win and $300 to start, the U.M.P. Modifieds pay $750 to win and the Sportsman division will get $500 to win.
The action kicks off at 6:30 PM at the Highland Speedway. Grandstands open at 5:30 PM. Pits open at 3:00 PM. Pill draw from 4:00 - 6:00 PM.
