The O'Reilly MLRA springs back into action on Saturday, April 16, as Winston Speedway kicks off their 2005 campaign.
Round number three of the 2005 Thunder Tour will see the O'Reilly MLRA dirt bound gladiators battling it out for forty laps in hopes of taking home the $2,500 top prize. Coming off the heels of his season opening win Centerview, MO's Jason Bodenhamer will be looking to hold off the pack including Muskogee, OK's Mike Brown, 3-time O'Reilly MLRA champion Al Purkey, 4-time and defending champion Alan Vaughn along with the entire field of O'Reilly MLRA combatants. Also taking to the track to kick off the 2005 Winston Speedway Racing season will be the Modifieds, Grand Nationals and Stock Cars roaring around the 3/8 semi-banked oval.
General admission tickets will be available at the gate for only $13.00 with kids 4-12 only $4.00 and 3 & under Free. Pit pass pricing is set at $25.00 per person. Gates open at 4:00 pm with racing action kicking off at 7:00 pm.
