IMCA Northern SportMod Special on Tap at Quincy Raceways on July 3

Quincy RacewayQuincy Raceways is proud to announce the addition of a special event during the Titan Wheel & Tire Shootout for the Deery Brothers Summer Series event on July 3, 2011. The IMCA Northern SportMods have been added to the holiday special event at the “Broadway Bullring” paying $325 to Win and $65 to Start the feature event. The IMCA Northern SportMods will also be running for IMCA National Points. A full payout is available on the Quincy Raceways website at www.quincyraceways.com by looking up the IMCA Stock Car payout. The event will be a draw/redraw format following IMCA procedures, all IMCA Northern SportMod Rules will be enforced including the IMCA License requirement.

The main event for the holiday weekend will be the forty lap Titan Wheel & Tire Shootout for the Deery Brothers Summer Series for IMCA Late Models. The $2000 to Win, $250 to Start feature event should be a highlight of the 2011 race season at Quincy Raceways. Joining the Deery Brothers Late Models and SportMods will be the other Quincy Raceways regular classes, Miller Lite UMP Modifieds, Triple R Performance Engines IMCA Stock Cars, KRNQ Pepsi Inside Track Hobby Stocks and the Summy Tire and Auto Center Wild Things.

Pit Gates open at 3, Grandstands at 4:30, Driver’s Meeting and Driver’s Registration ending at 5:30, Hot Laps at 5:45 and Racing at 6:30. Adults tickets will be $15, Seniors $12, Students 11-15 $10 and Kids 10 and Under Free, a Family Pass for 2 Adults and 2 Students will be $40, a $10 savings.
