Lebanon,Mo.-Action continues Friday night at the LebanonMidwaySpeedway as the Transport Graphics StreetStock Class will be racing for some extra money along with bonus points in the Central Bank Racing Series Action.
This Friday night the winner of the feature will recieve $300 to win with the runner-up taking home $200 and the third place driver $100.Regular pay will follow after that.The StreetStocks will time-in 1 lap on the Speedway Clock.This will set-up the qualifying heats and feature event.
Action will also feature the always exciting Central Bank FactoryStocks as current point leader Sundance Keepper of Everton will be gunning for his 5th straight feature win.Keepper has been pulling out these wins in the last remaining laps and doing it coming from deep in the pack each week.Defending champion Tyson Troutman of Houston is only 21 points out of the lead and another strong field of cars are expected.
Aaron’s Modified point leader Michael Stake heads-up another outstanding field of Modifieds as 5 different winners out of 6 point features have kept the crowd guessing each night.Veteran JC Newell of Decaturville and Bill Schaar of St Robert round out the top 3.Shawn Strong of Republic is the only repeat winner so far.
Lebanon’s Joe Francis still is on top of the StreetStock point standings by only 12 points over Brandon Waters with Lebanon’s Trevor Ellingson only 1 marker behind.With the extra money on the line and only bonus points this weekend it will be interesting as Buffalo’s Mark Simon has won the last 2 features in a row and Squires Driver Rodney Yost is coming quickly along with a strong run last week by Keith Cheever.
Lebanon’s Monk Barker has taken back the lead in the Energy Company PureStocks with a 5 point lead over Matt Young with Kory Barker falling to third place as Kolt Barker is coming up quickly in the standings.Strong runs this season by Shorty Doublin and Robert Doublin will find them in the winners circle before long.
The Rocky Ridge Construction Midwest Modz class has a new point leader as Halltown’s Rich Reynolds has moved to the top of the standings with a 3 point lead over defending champion Little JC Newell as 3 time winner Earl Muilenburg moves into third place only 27 points behind.
Grandstand Gates open at 5:30 with hotlaps at 7:05 and Racing to begin at 8PM.
General admission is only $10 for Adults while Juniors are $5(ages 8-15) and under 8 are Free.VIP Booth seating is available for rental most race nights.
