Ben Waggoner, Denny Woodworth, Michael Long,Tanner Klingeleand Kimberly Abbott all scored feature event wins during the Labor Day Sullivan Auctioneers Night at the Races special event.

Waggoner led only two laps of the twenty five lap Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders main event but it sure was an impressive two laps. Waggoner made up almost nine tenths of a second on the white flag lap to take the lead away from Joey Moughan who had dominated the middle part of the event. Waggoner took the win followed by Moughan in second, Korey Weyant in third, Jim Moughan in fourth and Bobby Mincer in fifth.  The heat race wins went to Blake Nimee, Korey Weyant, Jimmy Davies while Nimee also scored the Dennis Woodworth, Attorney at Law Shake Up Dash Win.

Denny Woodworth and Jason Perry put on quite a show in the Budweiser Late Model main event as the two battled side by side for most of the event. Woodworth held the advantage until Perry slipped past for the lead on the white flag but Woodworth rallied back and took the checkered flag by a little less than two tenths of a second. Perry settled for second followed by Terry Schlipman in third, Jake Griffin in fourth and Sam Halstead in fifth. Perry took the checkered flag in the heat race.

Mark Burgtorfstarted the twenty five lap Miller Lite UMP Modified main event from outside the front row and looked like he may be a shoe in to take the feature event win but Michael Long had other ideas as he worked his way through the field to challenge Burgtorf over the closing laps. The two veterans race side by side with Burgtorf maintaining the advantage from the low line until the twenty third lap. Long slipped ahead on that lap with Burgtorf regaining the lead at the white flag. The final lap was a barn burner with both drivers crossing the finish line in a dead heat to the naked eye. The electronic scoring system showed Long took the checkered flag first by a total of twenty six thousands of a second. Burgtorf settled for the second spot followed by Shawn Deering in third, Donovan Lodge in fourth and Jim Roach in fifth. Burgtorf, Dave Wietholder andJared Schlipmanwere the heat race winners. Steven DeLonjay now holds a huge one hundred thirty six point advantage over Schlipman in the track point’s battle with two point’s race remaining.

Steve Carlin started the main event of the KRNQ Pepsi Inside Track Hobby Stocks from the pole position butTanner Klingelehad the lead from the second row after one lap. Klingele made it count lap after lap as he held Carlin at bay for the entire twenty laps to take his third feature win of the season. Carlin scored the second spot followed by Bobby Anders in third,Jim Powellin fourth andJeremy Bussin fifth.Nathan Andersand Powell were the heat race winners. Carlin who is in his quest for a record fifth Hobby Stock Track Championship now has a twenty six point advantage over Jake Powers.

Kimberly Abbot started the twelve lap Summy Tire and Auto Center Wild Things main event from outside the front row by had to battle past Casey Kendrick on the sixth lap to take her second feature win of the season. Kendrick took the runner up spot followed by Seith Woodruff in third, Austin Uppinghouse in fourth and Craig Bangert in fifth. Bangert took the heat race win.
