Lucas Oil Late Model SeriesWAYCROSS, GA (April 26, 2012) – Officials of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series are excited to announce a new partnership with Dunn-Benson Ford as the “Official” supplier of the 2012 LOLMDS Pace Car. The LOLMDS will now have a sporty 2011 Ford Mustang convertible pacing the starting field at series events in 2012. Race fans will get a chance to see the beautiful pace car up close at the series’ next event at Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon, IL on Friday May 4th.

The Dunn-Benson Ford dealership, located in Dunn, NC, is a family owned dealership, specializing in new and low mileage, high quality used cars. Their sales staff is second to none with a high quality service department to service and repair both cars and trucks. “We have always supported the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and have a great relationship with everyone with the series and Lucas Oil Products even after we sold our race team. We felt like this was a great opportunity to stay involved in the sport and at the same time keep our company name out there for fans and racers to consider when they decide to purchase another vehicle. We’re looking forward to coming to more events this year and seeing all the great people in the sport that we’ve known for a long time”, stated Kemp Lamm, co-owner and General Manager of Dunn-Benson Ford.

The Dunn-Benson Ford dealership is located at 1700 West Cumberland Street in Dunn, NC. To reach the dealership by phone, contact them at 1-800-796-7285 or visit their expanded website at www.dunnbensonford.com to see the latest specials and sales. The company website is very user friendly and provides customers with in depth information on both new and used vehicles on sale along with parts and service information.

“It is an honor to have Dunn-Benson Ford on board with the series, and what better way than to have the Lamm’s provide the “Official” series pace car. Both Carlton and Kemp Lamm and the entire staff at the dealership are great people and have supported this sport for a long time. We look forward to seeing them at the races more in 2012 and continuing that relationship”, stated Ritchie Lewis, series director.

The series will have a rare weekend off this weekend and will return to action for a busy month of May next week. The series’ next event will take place at Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach, IL on Friday May 4th for a complete one-day show paying $10,000 to win.
