(WHEATLAND, MISSOURI) June 9, 2012 – 93.5 Rocks Lucas Oil Speedway Night at the Races capped off a day filled with Drag Boat Racing on Lake Lucas! The GEICO John Haas Memorial Drag Boat Classic Presented by General Tire, held Qualifying on Saturday and the Diamond of Dirt Tracks featured $500 to Win Carson’s Corner Napa Factory Stocks courtesy of TNT Quick Shop.

The DJ’s RV B-Modifieds rolled out first Saturday Night. Kris Jackson of Lebanon, MO made a last lap pass, beating Jeff Miller from Hermitage, MO to the checkers. Jackson has four feature wins at Lucas Oil Speedway in 2012.

Next out were the ALPS Food Stores ULMA Late Models. Jeremy Kelley of Walnut Grove, MO held off a strong field of contenders to claim his first win since 2011. Kelley has been consistent all year finishing in the top four each week.

Terry Schultz from Sedalia, MO took the victory in the Pitts Homes USRA A-Modifieds. Schultz came from the back of Heat #3 to win and started the Feature from the Pole.

$500 from TNT Quick Shop went to Derrick Brown of Stoutland, MO. Brown passed Sundance Keepper with 2 laps to go for the Win in the Carson’s Corner Napa Factory Stocks.

Sunday, June 10th the baddest, fastest most extreme boats in the country will line up for final Eliminations. Gates open at 7 AM with first round eliminations at 9 AM. General Admission Tickets are
$25 for Adults, $20 for Seniors age 62 & up, $10 for Youth age 6-15, kids age 5 and under are FREE.
