It’s time once again for the annual Triple Crown Shootout, featuring increased purse money, a mini points shootout, and three straight nights of racing at four different Lucas Cattle Company ULMA-sanctioned tracks. The action begins Friday night when drivers have a choice between Callaway Raceways, located in the center of Missouri and Valley Speedway, which is located twenty minutes from the downtown Kansas City skyline. Saturday action moves to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri and then on Sunday, the shootout weekend comes to a close as ULMA drivers head over to Double XX Speedway in California, Missouri.

Only ULMA members who enter the Triple Crown Shootout are eligible for the shootout bonus money and trophies, which are awarded to participants of the Triple Crown Shootout based upon number of entrants using a 3-race separate points-earning scheme to determine the champion. Payout for the Triple Crown Shootout is based upon the number of entries and will be announced after all entries are received on the first night. The following payout is based on 15 entrants: 1st $400, 2nd $250, 3rd $200, 4th $150, 5th $100. NOTE: Amounts listed are subject to increase or decrease based on entries. Entry forms are available for printing at www.ulmaracing.com. ULMA officials will also have entry forms on site at both Friday events.

The entry fee for the Triple Crown Shootout is $40. This fee covers the Triple Crown Shootout entry only and is separate from any and all track fees such as pit passes, track event entry fees, track registration fees, and ULMA membership. Drivers must be ULMA members in good standing to participate in the ULMA Triple Crown Shootout mini point series. The track races are open to all ULMA-legal competitors. ULMA rules will be strictly enforced throughout the shootout weekend for ALL competitors, whether they are competing in the shootout or whether they are ULMA members or not! ULMA membership is $100, payable on the same night as entry fee for this event. See a ULMA official or representative for membership applications or visit the ULMA website at www.ulmaracing.com.
