Wexford, PA (January 27, 2013) The Geisler Racing Team and Crate Late Model standout Mike Pegher Jr., have been hard at working during this off-season getting prepared for what looks to be a very busy 2013 season in both the Fastrak/Rush Crate Late Model and the Super Late Model.
Pegher will once again be piloting the well-recognized Geisler Racing, Cochran Automotive sponsored #1C Super Late Model, made famous by Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame member Lynn Geisler, on a somewhat regular basis. But first, the Wexford native, hopes to start things off strong in his crate car at the NeSmith Dirt Late Model Winter Nationals at Bubba Raceway Park, in Ocala, FL. Florida Speedweeks kick off on Monday, January 28 with a practice session on the 3/8 mile, D-shaped oval, followed by five nights of racing action. Events include four – $2,000 to win shows and the finale on Saturday, February 2 paying $3,000 to win.
Fans will notice a new look to Pegher’s website. ‘We had had the same look for quite a while on the old site, and it was time to change it up a bit’ said Pegher. ‘One call to JNJ Motorsports Media and that was all it took.
