Lucas Oil Late Model Series(CARPENTERSVILLE, ILLINOIS) Following a couple of months off after his 93-race 2012 campaign, Dennis Erb, Jr. will get right back at it during a busy “Speedweeks 2013” in the Sunshine State of Florida! Dennis is scheduled to unload his #28 Bloomquist racecars at a trio of different Floridian speedplants from February 11-23. In all and weather pending, the Carpentersville, Illinois ace has plans of competing in thirteen high-profile Dirt Late Model events at the East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, the Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, and the Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville.

The six-race ‘DART Winternationals’ will get things started from February 11-16 at East Bay. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will once again preside over all of the action at the “Clay by the Bay” and top prizes range from $5,000 to $10,000. After the finale on Saturday evening at the Tampa area venue, Dennis will bolt north on I-75 to the Bubba Raceway Park to compete in a huge Sunday showdown. The World of Outlaws Late Model Series will sanction a $20,000 to win program at the odd-shaped oval on February 17.

Last but certainly not least, the Dennis Erb Racing team will venture to the renowned Volusia Speedway Park from February 18-23 for the Dirt Late Model portion of the ‘UNOH DIRTcar Nationals Presented by Summit Racing Equipment.’ Both the UMP DIRTcar Series and World of Outlaws Late Model Series will split the sanctioning duties at the 1/2-mile Daytona Beach area track. The first three races of the week will feature a $7,000 winner’s check, while the final trio of events boast a $10,000 payday.
