Capital Race Cars, which was co-developed by champions Marshall Green and Shane Clanton, will be the title sponsor for the 2013 ‘Capital Crew Chief of the Year Award’. Capital Race Cars will provide a monetary prize along with a uniquely fabricated trophy to present the NDRL Capital Crew Chief of the Year.
