Mother Nature has won out again. Due to all the rain we have received over the last week and today, along with the wet forecast for the rest of the day, we have been forced to cancel racing for tonight. This week did not give us good drying conditions, with the wet conditions we already had and rain we received today we will not be able to race tonight.

Hamel Coop Grain Co. 70’s Night will be rescheduled for Saturday, May 4th along with the “Kids Dash 4 Cash” Ages 7 & 8. Racing action will feature the UMP Late Models, UMP Steve Schmitt Modifieds, UMP B-Dry Solutions SportMods, Daum Insurance Micros, & UMP Hamel Coop Street Stocks.

The drawing for the Highland Speedway Pork Raffle will also be postponed till May 4th. You can still get your raffle tickets for your chance to win one of the 2 halves of the hog that was donated by Brian Diesen and Scott Toenyes by contacting us at 618-654-6656 or by emailing us at highlandspeedway@hometel.com. Tickets will also be available for purchase on Saturday, May 4th. All proceeds go towards the 2013 Highland Speedway Points Fund.
