Lucas Oil Late Model SeriesWAYCROSS, GA (June 10, 2013) -The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series is pleased to announce a new partnership with www.DirtonDirt.com, the leading on-line website for extensive coverage of dirt late model racing. The LOLMDS, in association with DirtonDirt.com, will broadcast three events this summer “Live” on-line through Pay Per View. The series and DirtonDirt.com have packaged a three-race swing in July as the initial events to broadcast “Live” on DirtonDirt.com.

The first Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event to broadcast “Live” on DirtonDirt.com will be the July 16th event at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, KS. Following that event will be the July 17th event at Hamilton County Speedway in Webster City, IA. The three-race swing of “Live” broadcasts in July will conclude with one of the year’s biggest events, the $27,000-to-win Silver Dollar Nationals at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, NE on July 19-20th. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and DirtonDirt.com are working on additional events to broadcast “Live” throughout the second half of the season and possible additional races will be announced in the coming weeks.

“We’re very excited to announce this new partnership with Michael Rigsby and DirtonDirt.com. As the series continues to grow, we wanted to provide a few events this summer Live for all the great fans across the country. DirtonDirt.com has been a big supporter of the series for several years now and we were able to reach an agreement that was best for both the series and DirtonDirt.com,” stated Ritchie Lewis, Director, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.

Both Lakeside Speedway and Hamilton County Speedway are new venues for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in 2013. I-80 Speedway’s mega-event is set to be sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for the second consecutive year, after the series made its first trip to the pristine 4/10-mile oval for the second annual Silver Dollar Nationals in 2012. Brian Birkhofer of Muscatine, Iowa, claimed the win and the $26,000 first place prize in last year’s Silver Dollar Nationals. Don O’Neal of Martinsville, Ind., claimed the inaugural Silver Dollar Nationals title in 2011, worth $25,000.

“We’re looking forward to broadcasting the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series events Live this summer. All three of these shows will be exciting and action packed and a chance for fans to see these events located in the far Midwest that normally wouldn’t be able to attend. It will be fun watching racers from that part of the country going head to head against the Lucas Oil Series regulars. We’re very excited about the new partnership with the Lucas Oil Series and bringing several of their events Live this summer,” stated Michael Rigsby from DirtonDirt.com.

Fans can place their pay-per-view orders now at www.dirtondirt.com/liveEvents.php. Prices for the initial three-race broadcast are set at $18.99 for DirtonDirt.com subscribers and non-DirtonDirt.com subscribers. Two-day packages are available for the Lakeside Speedway and Hamilton County Speedway events as well as for both nights of I-80 Speedway’s Silver Dollar Nationals. DirtonDirt.com subscribers can order either two-night package for a discounted price of $35, while the price for non-subscribers is $37. Non-subscribers receive a free one-month DirtonDirt.com subscription with any pay-per-view broadcast order.

DirtonDirt.com was launched in 2007 as a news and video source for Dirt Late Model racing, DirtonDirt.com has quickly become an industry leader among on-line dirt racing broadcasters since hosting its first live video broadcast in 2010. The list of events broadcast by DirtonDirt.com includes some of the most prestigious annual dirt races, including Cedar Lake Speedway’s $50,000-to-win USA Nationals, Arizona’s Wild West Shootout and Winter Extreme miniseries and I-30 Speedway’s Short Track Nationals for Sprint Cars.
