Wheatland, Missouri – June 18th, 2013 – The summer heats up this Saturday, June 22nd at Lucas Oil Speedway, with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Winged Sprint Car Tour Presented by MAVTV and the WAR Non-Winged Sprints, for the Sizzlin Summer Speedweek Finale presented by Impact4800.com. This can’t miss event will bring the stars of the National series, plus the regions best non-winged drivers, for one action packed night of open wheel racing! This is the first of only two appearances in Wheatland, Missouri by the Lucas Oil ASCS in 2013.
Currently, Johnny Herrera sits atop the National points ladder only 64 points ahead of Jason Johnson, the points battle is sure to heat up for the finale of the Speedweek event. Top Names expected to be in action include Shane Stewart, Wayne Johnson, Johnny Herrera, Jeff Swindell, Jason Johnson, Tim Crawley, Brady Bacon, Zach Chappell, Jack Dover, Tony Bruce Jr., Brian Brown, and many more. In addition, don’t miss the WAR Wingless Auto Racing Series Sprint Cars as 2012 WAR Champion Austin Alumbaugh leads the top Non-Wing Sprint Car drivers in the Region to tackle the “Diamond of Dirt Tracks” for the second year in a row.

There is something for the race fan of all ages at Lucas Oil Speedway this weekend. The Frog’s Sign Jr. Fan Club will have FREE games and activities, FREE Bounce Houses and everyone can enjoy Coca-Cola Cool Water Misters to beat the heat. Stop by and visit our friends from Impact Signs, Awnings and Wraps on the Midway, plus check out an awesome display of Mustangs with the Southwest Missouri Stang Gang. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, POWRi Midget National Series, Lucas Oil Pro-Pulling League, United States Modified Touring Series, ASCS Sprint Cars and the Lucas Oil MLRA. The E3 Spark Plugs Monster Truck Nationals return in 2013 and the Hickory County Fair will be held at Lucas Oil Speedway for the first time in June.
