World of Outlaws Late Model Series(YORK, PENNSYLVANIA) York, Pennsylvania star Rick Eckert and Paul Crowl’s #7 team bagged another victory together on Saturday night, June 15 at the Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Virginia! Rick started off his evening by posting the third quickest lap during qualifying and running second in heat race action. After starting the 35-lap ‘Paul Johnson Memorial’ from the inside of the second row, Rick grabbed the point on lap twenty-one and never looked back. “Scrub” picked up the $3,000 top prize in beating JT Spence, CS Fitzgerald, Stevie Long, and Gary Stuhler to the checkers. Complete results from the unsanctioned race at Winchester can be accessed by clicking on www.winchestervaspeedway.com.

“Paul Crowl’s racecar is extremely fast right now and I can’t thank him enough for giving me the opportunity to drive it occasionally,” quoted Eckert this week via telephone. “Winchester Speedway was in great shape the other night and that was a fun race. My own equipment has been racing really well also, but we just have to get qualified better. There are too many good drivers and strong teams on that Outlaws deal to start mid-pack and win the race. Hopefully, our qualifying package will be a little better starting at Fonda!”

After more than a couple of weeks off of the World of Outlaws Late Model Series grind, Rick will return to action with the national touring series tonight, June 19, at the Fonda Speedway in Fonda, New York. Back behind the wheel of his familiar #24 ride, Rick will aim for the $10,000 winner’s share tonight in round nineteen of WOOLMS competition. The race tonight at Fonda kicks off another busy stretch for the Rick Eckert Racing team, as they will tackle five different dirt venues in the states of New York and Pennsylvania, as well as a trip to Canada, from June 19-29.

Rick’s upcoming tour schedule is noted below:

June 19 | Fonda (NY) Speedway, World of Outlaws | $10,000 to win
June 20 | Brighton (CAN) Speedway, World of Outlaws | $10,000 to win
June 23 | Cornwall (CAN) Motor Speedway, World of Outlaws | $10,000 to win
June 25 | Canandaigua (NY) Motorsports Park, World of Outlaws | $8,000 to win
June 27 | Lernerville (PA) Speedway, World of Outlaws | $6,000 to win
June 28 | Lernerville (PA) Speedway, World of Outlaws | $6,000 to win
June 29 | Lernerville (PA) Speedway, World of Outlaws | $30,000 to win
