Michael Long, Steven DeLonjay, Abe Huls, Tony Dunker and Austin Bercerra all took feature event win Sunday August 25 at Quincy Raceways during Gem City Ford Lincoln Night at the Races.

Clint Kirkham took the lead of the UMP Super Late Model feature event and held off the challenges of Michael Long the entire 30 laps and took the checkered flag first but when he crossed the scales after taking the checkered flag, he came up short on weight by 40 to 50 pounds light. Tech officials rescaled his car three times coming up with the same weight each time which made Michael Long the official winner of the event. The win was Long’s fourth win of the year in the Super Late Models. The Second spot went to Denny Woodworth followed by Jason Perry in third, Ron Elbe in fourth and Jared Schlipman in fifth. Kirkham took the Fast Six Dash win.

Steven DeLonjay scored his tenth points feature win of the year in the Miller Lite UMP Modified main event. DeLonjay was never seriously challenged in leading every lap over the twenty two entries. Dave Wietholder grabbed second followed by Adam Birck in third, Keith Pratt in fourth and Tony Patterson in fifth. DeLonjay scored the Fast Six Dash win with Pratt and Birck both taking heat race wins.

Abe Huls grabbed another IMCA Stock Car feature event win, his sixth of the year in the hotly contested division. Jake Powers took home second followed by Dave Wietholder in third, Brandon Savage in fourth and Jerry Jansen in fifth. Terry Houston and Brandon Savage were the heat race winners.

Tony Dunker held off Jeff DeLonjay to get his ninth point’s feature win of the year in the Summy Tire and Auto Center IMCA Northern SportMod division. DeLonjay held back Tanner Klingele for second with Klingele third, Brad Holtmeyer fourth and Trevor Haggenbaumer in fifth. Klingele and DeLonjay were the heat race winners.
Austin Bercerra dominated the IMCA Sport Compact division taking both the heat race win and the feature event win. Pat Dunker grabbed the second spot with Kevin Morgan in third, Kim Abbott in fourth and Laine VanZandt in fifth. Dunker took the other heat race win.
