Poplar Bluff, MO – October 12, 2013 – Second year 600 mini sprint sprint racer Jordan Latham from Sharon Grove Kentucky captured his third www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series win of the 2013 season and second of the weekend on Saturday night at Poplar Bluff Speedway during the 13th annual Cotton Bowl Cup event. Latham raced from his K&N Pole Award starting position into the lead on lap one of the 15-lap www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series main event on Saturday night into the www.rockauto.com USCS victory lane. Current series National points leader Sean Hosey from Clarkin the runner up spot. B.J. Gatewood from Caruthersville, Missouri finished in the K&N Filters Podium Award third place. The 2012 www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series Rookie of the Year, Tyler Price, also from Clarksville, Tennessee finished in fourth place in the main event. Chris Wright rounded out the top five finishers.
