Rusty Griffaw, Terry Houston, Tony Dunker and Kimberly Abbott all took feature event wins at Quincy Raceways on Sunday July 27 during the Casey’s Country Stores Racing Series.

Griffaw jumped into the early lead of the $1250 to Win Miller Lite UMP Modified feature event at the drop of the green flag and held off a determined Michael Long through all thirty laps. Griffaw worked traffic flawlessly with Long keeping pace but Long was unable to gain enough ground to work his way around Griffaw. Long settled for the second spot followed by Dave Wietholder in third, Donovan Lodge in fourth and Craig Spegal in fifth. Long, Griffaw and Steven Delonjay were the heat race winners.

Terry Houston grabbed the lead of the Powder Coat Plus IMCA Stock Car main event on the sixth lap and held off Beau Taylor the rest of the way to the checkered flag. Taylor settled for second followed by Abe Huls in third, Jerry Jansen in fourth and Brandon Savage in fifth. Savage and Jansen were the heat race winners.

Jim Gillenwater jumped into the lead of the $500 to Win Summy Tire and Auto Center IMCA Northern SportMod feature event at the drop of the green flag and held onto the lead until a restart on lap thirteen. Contact between Joey Gower and Gillenwater sent Gillenwater spinning with both drivers being sent to the tail for the restart. On the restart, Tony Dunker inherited the lead and held on through the final laps to claim his third feature win in a row. Tanner Klingele gave Dunker all he could handle but had to settle for the second spot with Gower recovering to claim third, Brad Holtmeyer fourth and Bobby Anders fifth. Holtmeyer and Dunker were the heat race wines/

Kimberly Abbott started the IMCA Sport Compact feature event in the fourth row but claimed the lead by the end of lap one and held  on to claim the feature event win. Austin Bercerra claimed the second spot with Brandon Lambert in third, Craig Bangert in fourth and Casey Lambert in fifth. The heat race wins went to Abbott and Casey Lambert.
