A similar program was held on Saturday evening at Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri and another $10,000 payday was on the line. Dennis clicked off the fifth quickest lap in his group during the qualifying session prior to advancing up to second in heat race action. The Carpentersville, Illinois hotshoe then started sixth in the 40-lapper and eventually brought home his second seventh place effort of the weekend following the action-packed race.
