arcaRacing To Take Green At 6:00 PM April 11

(NASHVILLE, TN – April, 10, 2015) The green flag is just about to wave as the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards and the Southern Super Series Late Models return to Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville.  Excitement and buildup is huge for the event which will take place Saturday night, April 11 at the historic facility.

The ARCA Racing Series has 32 competitors, representing numerous states and two countries.  The longtime tour is very diverse, running anywhere from Daytona and Talladega to short tracks like Mobile and Nashville, to the dirt tracks at Springfield and DuQuoin.  Grant Enfinger will have his work cut out for him, if he wants to stay unbeaten in 2015.  The talented driver from Alabama has won the first two races on the tour.

While the Troop Aid 200 has a plethora of talented drivers in the starting field, the Southern Super Series list of drivers for the Federated Auto Parts 100 is equally as strong.  Last year’s All American 400 winner John Hunter Nemechek will be one of the favorites.  However, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series rookie Daniel Hemric, Donnie Wilson, Harrison Burton, Hunter Robbins, Bubba Pollard, Chuck Barnes, Jr., Kyle Grissom, Casey Smith will all aim to claim a Nashville guitar in victory lane.

The event will also have prerace singing from T Graham Brown, Mark Collie, and Ronnie Bowman, as they perform God Bless America, The National Anthem, and other patriotic songs.

Practice gets underway on Saturday, April 11 at 11:30, with qualifying at 3:15, and racing at 6:00 PM.  Advance reserved seating is $25 for adults and $15 for kids 5-12.  Advance reserved seating is being sold for the top eight rows and is available by calling Fairgrounds Speedway at 615-254-1986.  General admission and the remaining unsold reserved tickets will be on sale at the gates, starting at 11:30 AM Saturday.

In addition, the first 500 retired or active military with proper military identification will get a free grandstand pass for themselves and one family member.

The event is a combined effort between Track Enterprises, Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville, The Fairgrounds Nashville, and So Good! Entertainment.
