Davenport Speedway in Davenport IA will begin the weekend on April 17th with a $4,000 to win showdown with the Corn Belt Clash Late Model Series on the big ½ mile track. Also racing are non-sanctioned IMCA Modifieds and Street Stocks. Pits open at 4:30pm, Grandstands at 5pm, Hot Laps at 6:30pm and Racing at 7pm. Adult general admission is $18, Students and Seniors $16 and 12 and under are free. Pit pass is $35. The track is located at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. On Saturday April 18th, MARS and CBC turn their attention to 34 Raceway in Burlington, IA for the 7th Annual Slocum 50 Memorial race in honor of Brent Slocum. Joining MARS and CBC series will be the American Late Model Series. The race pays $10,555 to win at $500 to start. Also racing will be 305 Sprints and IMCA Stock Cars. Pits open at 3pm, Grandstands at 5pm, Hot laps at 5:45pm, Time Trials at 6:15pm and Racing at 7pm. Adult general admission is $20, Seniors $20, Students $12 and kids 10 and under are free. Pit pass is $35. $1 admission from every adult grandstand admission ticket sold will go to the Brent Slocum Scholarship Fund and Foundation. The $3,000 weekend finale will be held on Sunday April 19th at Quad City Speedway in East Moline IL and will be sanctioned by MARS, CBC and UMP series. Also racing will be IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Mods and Mod Lites. Pits open at 3pm, Drivers Meeting at 5pm and Hot laps at 5:15pm. Adult general admission is $18, Reserved seating is $20, Kids 11 – 17 yrs old are $15, Kids 7 – 10 yrs old are $5 and kids 6 and under are free. Pit pass is $35.
