After setting the fastest time in qualifying at 15.115, Moyer started on the pole Saturday night and never looked back. Dane Dacus was able to close the gap as the pair drove their way through lapped traffic, but could not get around Moyer. By sweeping the two-night event, Moyer took home a total of $10,000 in prize money. Dylan Ames, Riley Hickman and Ashley Newman rounded out the top five. Terry English (9th), Jeffrey Bailey (10th), Brad Mitchell (12th), Dylan Thompson (14th), Jarryd Holshouser (18th), Charles LaPlant (19th), Tim Brown (22nd) and Chris Shelton (23rd) were local competitors in the Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series.

Owenby held off Friday night’s winner, Riley Hickman, by a mere 0.299 second margin. Owenby took the lead back from Hickman on lap 48 and the two battled for the final two laps. Ashley Newman came in third followed by Ronnie Johnson and Matt Henderson
