This weekend’s JEGS Super Quick Series and ET Bracket SeriesĀ postponed due to weather, rescheduled to June 18-19

Gateway Motorsports ParkApril 7, 2016, St. Louis Region ā€“ Events scheduled for this weekend at Gateway Motorsports Park’s Dragplex have been postponed due to weather. The scheduled season-opener for the NHRA North Central Divisionā€™s JEGS Super Quick Series, as well as GMP’s ET Bracket Championship Series, have been rescheduled toĀ  Saturday, June 18, and Sunday, June 19.

The June 18-19 event weekend now will feature a $2,500-to-win Friday night event and $7,5000-to-win Saturday night event as part of the Dragplex’s MegaBucks Bracket Special. The next Gateway bracket series points race will be Saturday, April 23.

Tentative schedule for June 17-19

Friday, June 17Ā 

Noon-5 p.m. — Test ā€™nā€™ Tune.

5 p.m. — MegaBucks Friday Night Bracket Shootout ($2,500 to win).

Saturday, June 18

8 a.m.-6:30 p.m. — Gateway E.T. Bracket Championship Series and Jr. Dragster Series.

JEGS Super Quick qualifying: Times to be announced.

MegaBucks Doorcars vs. Dragsters ($7,500 to win): 7 p.m.

Sunday, June 19

8 a.m.-5 p.m. — Gateway E.T. Championship and Jr. Dragster Series.

JEGS Super Quick Eliminations: Times to be announced.
