Persistent rain, forecast forces cancelation of Saturday’s Gold Crown Midget Nationals

GRANITE CITY, Ill. – Do to persistent rain this morning, and a continued forecast of rain throughout the afternoon, the Gold Crown Midget Nationals event at Tri-City Speedway has been cancelled.

The event will not be rescheduled. Thank you to the sanctioning bodies, racers and fans for making the first night a success.
