has anyone ran this setup ? I know the old DW cars were setup this way. locked cages or perch with swingarms on both sides instead of trailing arms.

hope it work. The Bmods comments said a lot. I fully expect other bmod tracks to drop UMP by 2017. UMP is determined to force bmods into crates and a lot of racers want no part of mandatory crates. in the interview the UMP tire rule for 2016 was pointed out as well, and it will likely change...

Good post Dave in total spent over 1k so far in a40s tire, if they burn up like mentioned on here then that's it, will then take a serious look at pulling further to run on a cheaper better tire, Moberly here we come

So ..why are tracks still going with ump? Most expensive tire...no tech. Promoters must be getting a sweet kickback from ump. Racers getting robbed

its really up to promoters. A switch can be made if racers and promoters get behind it. Staying with current setup is not going to fix anything. Just wasted over 600 bucks on these useless A40S tires cant wait to watch them wear extra fast. Lucky I guess cause one of the tires I bought is an old...
