Yes he held his line and did nothing wrong but he should not have been on the track. He did not finish in the top five in the heat or the consi.

Bailey went from 1st to 18th and took an even bigger pay cut thanks to Scott being such a nice guy. I am sure he told him thanks Scott too.

If the posted results are correct, they had 24 cars and ran a consi then started all 24 cars in the feature. Why? If they would have canceled the consi or kept the backmarkers out of the feature, they would have had time for the Street Stock feature.

Because there is a class avialable for them to race in that is more suited to their skill level and they have a chance to be competitive. It's not like any of them are in the points race.
