Marty had two pins put into his thumb that was broken in the steering wheel. He stayed at the hospital last night but should be home today. His family says thanks to all that helped and prayed.
He was taken to the hospital and as of right now all I know is that he has a few broken fingers and don't know if he hit his head they were still doing x-rays when one of the pit crew brought the car back to town. If I hear anything else I will post it.
I grew up in Granite City watching the Late Models on the 1/2 mile. My dad was an Official at the track back in the 80's and I prefer watching them on the 1/2 mile. If the Late Models were back on the 1/2 I might come back to Tri City to watch the races.
if traction control on the rear is illegal why is it mentioned twice in highlands sportmans rules as legal. It is mentioned in the rules for the carburators and under the rule for weight.
