i think I measured the pad at 12.5 but all that has to fit on it is your wheelbase. i think my monte was only 9feet when i measured the whellbase

the front of the car is ment to hang over where the compressor generator or other crap would go. It is hard to exlain but will fit any racecar you have. It is about 83inches wide
