This what I believe would really help. Advertise to the people that don't normally go to the races or used to go and stopped for whatever reason. Work on the neighbors around the track not a hundred miles away. Don't overspend on advertising to people who are already aware of the track, unless...

Everyone keeps complaining about how it was run. It was only the last year or two that it stopped being racer and fan friendly. The first couple of years it was great. The only track I've been to where the owner would call during the week and thank you for being there.
