t.nie ump has already changed the rules THIS YEAR can you remember back that far, they changed the RULES for bloomer on the tires. Wasn't ump late models 20 and 40 ONLY and now you can run 10 20 30 40. So yes the rules have been BROKEN...... HOWORRELL what if some teams just have cannister...
