With it being my first time at KLMS, I was thoroughly impressed at the track layout and with the track in general....VERY NICE FACILITY!!! The concessions stands were awesome, and it being the first that the restroom areas were neat and clean unlike most tracks I go to..lol!! Other than the...
the race for tonight was rained out, as of about 4:30, rain didnt hit the area till almost 3, but as we were leaving, everyone was leaving the track, havent heard if they are rescheduling, but Im assuming it will be next weekend!!! I was kinda disappointed in the car count for the late models, I...
I was just wondering if anybody had any info they could pass along as to what went on last night at Bardstown?? I have looked everywhere and cant final and results!!
If the World Championships at Bardstown, Kentucky is too far away, you should go to the last big late model show of the year at Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway in Calvert City, Kentucky. With a purse of 15,000 to win, and with all the big named late model drivers already in the area, look for...
I am 23 years old and I have went to Farmington ever since I was about 12 years old, or long enough to remember, and I can remember Tim and Joey just starting out, Tim is like 8 or 9 years older than me, Joey like 3 or 4, so I have been able to watch these guys for years, even when Joey was just...
Look for the big dawgs to stay in Kentucky a week and attend the Commonwealth Cup, I know Moyer, Blooomquist, Birkhofer, and countless others are scheduled to attend, so look for the others to follow!!
I was just wondering if anyone had the results from Farmington tonight?? I went to the big Pevely show, but on the way up met Randy Hannagans rig and Brian Browns rig!! Shouldve made for some good racing with thise 2 heavy hitters in the lineup! Results would be great though!! Thanks
I agree....the Rocket man pulled it together and came home with a Top 10 tonight....he is one hell of a driver, Ive enjoyed watching him the last 3 or 4 years in the Modified class...does this mean he is graduating to Late Models now?? If so, Im sure he wont have any problems driving those either!!
Well, Im normally a SFCR regular, but I think Im gonna head to Pevely Sat. for the huge late model race...I love watching sprints, but when you offer $15,000 to win, you get big names, and thats who I like seeing!!! But I hope Farmington has a dandy!!!
One of the biggest sprint shows of the year will be at the Auto Tire and Parts Racepark in Benton, Mo. this weekend as the All-Stars take to the clay dirt this saturday. Drivers expecting to race are Kelly Kinser, Dean Jacobs, Kenny Jacobs, Jason Johnson, Jeff Shepard, and many other well known...
yeah, not real sure if Pierce will show up, hope he does, makes things a little more interesting with better drivers on hand...hope some other guys decide to make the trip from whereever...Im expecting somewhere around 45-50 late models on hand for the race!!
Already a bunch of cars are locked into the the Oct. 4th main event....with qualifying races all through this summer, look for these drivers to be at I-55 on the 4th to battle it out for the 15 g's...
