BOONE, Iowa (May 3) – Another of IMCA’s longest tenured marketing partners has renewed its contingency award program for 2011, with Bushore Racing Enterprises giving cash prizes to drivers in three divisions.
The Boone, Iowa, transmission manufacturer and high performance parts retailer is in its 20th year as an IMCA spon¬sor and will give a total of $1,500 to IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock and Karl Chev¬rolet Northern SportMod competitors.
Drivers must race with a Bushore-made transmission. Top eligible drivers, based on final national point standings for each division, get $300. Runners-up receive $200.
All checks will be mailed after point standings become official in October.
Information about Bushore products and services is available by calling 515 432-8130 and at the www.bushoreracing.com website.
“Only three other companies have equaled Bushore Racing Enterprises' tenure as a partner with IMCA, and those companies are all significantly larger in both staff and resources,” noted Kevin Yoder, director of mar¬keting for IMCA. “The relationship we have with Bill Bushore is unique and based on loyalty and trust, a rela¬tionship I know he shares with his customers as well, and that is what has resulted in two decades of partner¬ship.”
